The Out and Out Blues Band (The Out and Outs) are exactly as advertised – they explore the Blues from Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson, through BB King, Bobby Bland and Taj Mahal, to Rory Gallagher – interspersed with their own original contemporary blues compositions. Hammond Organ & Leslie, Harmonica, Guitar, Bass and Drums – all handled with over 150 years of combined musical experience and led by James Mackie who played keyboards for the Selecter and Madness in the 1980’s amongst others. Heartfelt and sometimes fierce, the Out & Outs live to play. Full-blooded blues and boogie at its best.
